From time to time, we hear about is people who either request a license key (trial or non-profit) or people who placed an order and did not receive their license key.
This usually happens because somewhere in transit, the email sent by our system was tagged as spam. This means that occasionally, your license key email may end up in your spam folder or worse - deleted.
To help make sure this doesn't happen, please add "orders@udm4.com" to your "safe" list in your email client.
If you did not receive your license email, feel free to contact us at "orders@udm4.com". We can manually send your license key to you.
