css problem on link color/decoration
 

Been trying to work this out - http://www.enhancedwireless.net/Tech...ortfolio.shtml want all links on this page to have an underline (except left nav menu bar), and to be the same color blue as "(71 Countries)"...I've got the following css but something is getting in the way of...
