Issue w/ "you are here" combined with "horizontal menus"

Hi,

I´m using both aforemementioned extensions together with UDM4.5
To make it short, I need the following behavior that can be set in "you are here":
'yes', // open here-branch menus automatically ["yes"|"no"]
= I want the submenu opened automatically when entering a new page, of course horizontally.

works fine so far, but as soon as I click a 2nd level item, the horizontal positioning gets lost and replaced by vertical chaos.

is there any way to make those two extension live in harmony?

yes, I read about

Quote:

This is designed to go with an

expanding menu,
to provide automatic contextual navigation; it
should not be used
with dropdown or flyout menus - the menus would open,
but not be positioned.
but maybe there is another way to achieve this?

It may be possible to give each sub menu a unique ID and use external CSS to position the menus as you need. But in general, this combination would not be supported.
