License Key not getting emailed to me
 

Hi All,

I have a non-profit, educational site that I use the UDM4 on. We need to upgrade to the latest version but I'm not getting the key mailed to me.

I check the "non-commercial license", I check "I agree to the terms", put in my address and click "submit" but the key is never sent.

I have tried a few different email addresses and check the inbox, junk & bulk mailboxes but nothing ever comes.

I tried yesterday & today but still no key!
