Login System
 

Ok I don't know what language is used for a login system, but my site will need a rather complex one. I am looking for somebody to point me towards a tutorial that would show me how to connect a forum, and website username, and also be able to have credits automatically added to their accounts once they pay for them via paypal. So if somebody could show me how to make one, or make one for me I would be very greatfull!
