One glaring problem that I see is that your page does not
validate. This is absolutely essential in order for your UDM menu to function properly. Secondly, your UDM scripts within the body of your page must come before most everything else. Your form tag for your ASP.NET page can come before the UDM scripts, but that's it.
This may not be all that's wrong with your page, but fix these things first. Then see where you are with it.
