Right now facebook is in a serious spot. The guy's being sued for apparently stealing the idea from yahoo. I can't remember the whole story, but the basics were this site was created a few years ago. Then just recently it became popular so they tried to buy it. When that didn't work they sued him. I think it's pretty dumb because the only reason they are seuing is because it was successfull. They wouldn't have cared if it failed.
