Newb: Image Activation and Styles

Hello All,
Fun toy so far. I was able to get my sub-menu configured how I want it. Now, I am having issues with how it will be activated. Using the template.asp page, I have made my changes which can be seen here:

What I would like to do:
- Use the arrow image to activate the menu
- Not have a border around the arrow image
- Not have the large orange box or any spacing around the arrow image

Any tip's on where to tweak would be great.
