How do you use your half hour of customer support? I purchased the $29.95 license and it said it came with half an hour of support. I sent an email a couple weeks ago and still haven't received a response. Could someone please tell me how to contact support.
Brandon seems pretty busy but he should respond to you within a few days. Did you try sending him a PM? That might be another way to get a response from him.
I'm just curious. Do you have an issue that we might be able to help you with in the forum?
Thanks for posting. I did get an email about a week ago from someone that's been asking for support. And every reply has been bounced back with a "Mailbox not accepting from" message.
