W3C's Mobile Web Initiative holds a pre-conference Developers Summit on 13 November with initiative sponsors including Google, MobileAware, mTLD, Nokia, Opera Software, France Telecom Group and Vodafone to discuss the "One Web" vision and mobile standards.
