Hi. If you navigate to http://www.new.3genergi.co.uk username:newsite password:123newsite and click on Grants & Info in the link. Notice the line : "">Low Carbon Buildings Programme (L.C.B.P.) England" I want to close my </h3> tag at the end of the .) and open a new one for the word England,...

Just a side note. The grants and info site that you sent me to there. The navigation menu extends a good 30 pixels into the content area. You can read it as they are see through, but the boxes aren't needing to be that big. I've got IE7 if you haven't checked your site in IE yet I suggest you do.
