I did find one typo in your above code when browsing through it quickly.

Code:

"0pxs",        // shadow offset (+-) ["em"|"px"|"pt"|"%"|"0"]

...should be...

Code:

"0",        // shadow offset (+-) ["em"|"px"|"pt"|"%"|"0"]
